Quentin L. Samuels

Quentin L. Samuels is the Program Coordinator for ICL's eastern office. He joined ICL in July of 2007. Quentin brings to ICLa wealth of experience in marketing and program development. Prior to joining ICL, he served as Community Development Specialist for Riverside Hospital where he worked to cultivate the hospital's community relationships and strengthened wrap-around services for clients. Quentin earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College.

He currently resides in Maryland where he is actively involved in community activities such as mentoring programs and church-related programs. During his personal time, Quentin enjoys reading and spending time with family.
