Margaret Bond
 Margaret Bond is the Director of Finance and Operations for the Institute. She works with the Executive Director in managing the financial and administrative operations of the Institute.
Margaret brings over 20 years of business management experience from working in management consulting, association, energy and high-tech industries. To compliment her Bachelors degree in Business Administration, she has also completed some graduate coursework in business management at the University of Virginia and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
A native of Jamaica, Margaret has lived in Maryland since 1978. She is married with two adult children, and participates in civic engagements that seek to educate children, protect the sick, as well as the elderly. Margaret particularly enjoys sports, gardening and theatre.
