Leading Cooperative Efforts
Collaborate more effectively—and with ease! This workshop provides tools and processes for successfully starting and sustaining cooperative efforts and coalitions. The long version of this workshop will help you clarify your personal and organizational reasons for participating, identify and address persistent tensions, assess your cooperative effort and prioritize improvements, and develop an implementation plan to strengthen your cooperative work.

Volunteer Leadership Development
Build leadership through your volunteer program and involve new leaders in your cause. Most organizations face the challenge of developing new leaders who will organize and implement activities, serve on the board of directors, and ensure long-term sustainability. The workshop will give participants a framework and tips for how to increase the involvement of members and volunteers.

Move forward proactively in this difficult economy. The economic downturn has many organizations concerned about their future. Smart changes to weather the difficult economic climate can even help your organization flourish in the long-term.
