Heather Misner is Program Coordinator in ICL’s Eastern Office. Heather joined the ICL staff in July 2008 and brings a wealth of program, community organization and education, events planning, and customer relations expertise to us. As Program Coordinator, Heather focuses on program marketing, recruitment, event management, and evaluation. She also serves as editor of ICL's eNewsletter, The Network. Prior to ICL, Heather worked at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL.

Heather holds a BS in Health Science from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing a Masters in Political Science/Public Policy from New England College. She has also volunteered for community-based organizations and assisted in developing a program at her former job to create unity and improve morale.
