• ICL’s Benchmarking Your Organization’s Development tool, an online version of the organizational self-assessment survey for the board and staff, guidance, and an electronic report of your assessment results
• Pre-workshop call with your team to help you interpret the assessment and begin to identify areas of focus for improvement
• A 3-day workshop with skill-building exercises, peer learning, feedback, and personalized assistance to identify the changes you need and a strategy for leading them
• A peer network for ongoing support and learning

• 8 hours of support through personalized coaching or consulting and peer group teleconferences
