Vision to Impact is designed for:

• Leadership teams comprised of 2-3 persons (recommended)
• Executive directors or board chairs

from small- to mid-sized conservation and environmental nonprofits that are ready to take their organizations to their next level of growth and impact.  All-volunteer groups are also welcome. 

Past participant teams have successfully used the Vision to Impact program to prepare for strategic planning, or to focus their organizations for success in a new strategic direction.  Others have used the program to help transition from a solo leader to a leadership team with a shared vision of the entire organization.
