Leading Cooperative Efforts: Skills for Survival and Success in MontanaThe Institute for Conservation Leadership (ICL) is offering this workshop on skills for leaders of cooperative efforts. When and Where:Thursday, September 6, 2007 9:00am–4:30pm Boulder Hot Springs, MT (Between Helena and Butte) Registration and Fees:Register by August 31, 2007 $110 for the first person from the organization and $70 for each additional team member. Thanks to the generous support from our funders, we are able to offer this workshop at a rate significantly below its value of $250 per person. Presenters:Brad Webb, ICL Program Associate, has worked extensively on organizational change and has considerable experience in program development and management of nonprofits. He has worked for numerous educational organizations, including Outward Bound as Director of Professional Development Programs. Brad also manages ICL’s Executive Director Leadership Program. Pam Mavrolas, a member of ICL's consultant Network and co-author of "Working Together: A Toolkit for Cooperative Efforts, Networks and Coalitions." Pam manages her own consulting firm, Mavrolas and Associates that works primarily with sustainable agriculture, environmental and arts and cultural nonprofits. Her areas of specialty include: strategic planning; program and campaign development; evaluation; staff management and team building; board and leadership development; foundation fundraising and grant writing, and organizational problem-solving.
