Special Initiatives

The Institute for Conservation Leadership leads special initiatives to strengthen leaders, organizations, and networks that protect our earth. Thanks to our generous foundation partners, these initiatives help ICL provide expanded services to groups across many regions of the US and Canada as well as to groups working on select issues. Through these special initiatives ICL offers focused outreach, special assistance, and reduced tuition to eligible organizations for the following:
  • Signature Intensive Programs:
    • Executive Director Leadership Program
    • Complete Fundraiser
    • Leading from Within
    • Vision to Impact
  • Custom designed services for organizations that want assistance with a specific need, including but not limited to:
    • Strategic Planning
    • Fundraising
    • Consulting
    • Board Retreats
  • One-day workshops and short workshops at conferences and other locations serving the needs of groups in the region.
