Smart changes to weather the difficult economic climate can even help your organization flourish in the long-term. This workshop will help you remove the “panic glasses” and give you practical tools and information to make smart decisions.

 

Leading Change in Your Organization (not available in 90 minute format)

Implement change successfully and increase your organization’s impact. This workshop will help staff and board leaders identify and prioritize goals for change, learn how to overcome resistance, design a "change team," and create an action plan for implementing your goals.

 

Renew and energize your Board of Directors! In this workshop, you will apply a model of how boards develop over time and identify steps to strengthen shared leadership. Designed for board members or staff, this session will help make your board more efficient, effective, and enjoyable.
