ICL's Training ServicesICL training brings new knowledge, skills, and perspectives to leaders across North America. Using practical models and theories developed in the field and from academic research, our workshop sessions are highly interactive. You will exchange ideas and share experiences with your peers to find the best direction to increase your organization’s effectiveness. You may also find assistance in one of our more intensive programs. During the training design process, we will identify with you the gap between current knowledge and practice, and what is needed to reach the desired outcome. We will create a training design to specifically address your organization's key challenges and development needs. Most importantly, ICL designs every session to allow the individual or group to apply their learning and, if possible, to develop a plan of action to put that learning directly to work. Training topics include: Fundraising Board development Volunteer program development Volunteer recruitment and motivation Membership development Campaign planning Collaboration and coalition-buiilding Train-the-Trainer Training workshops can also be developed for your conference or meeting
