Measuring your network or coalition’s impact allows you to learn and refine your program campaigns. It also gives attention to practices that support effective collaborative work and highlights successes. The measurements are helpful to use within the collaboration as well as externally – with funders, potential funders, or potential new partners.
How can you measure what is most important? The Institute will help you identify key outcomes, success measures for those outcomes, and a process for tracking them.
The Institute uses a logic model that will help create a shared understanding of your work among all the partners along with what needs to be accomplished in order to reach your goals. We’ll create a simple dashboard or set of things to measure with you, so that you can track progress and monitor key internal factors such as:
- Focus on goals and strategies
- Learning from experience
