The Institute’s user-friendly tool will help you to create a comprehensive “snap-shot” of your current strengths and needs. By using an online version of the assessment, your whole team can create a collective report highlighting eight categories of your organization’s strategies and capacities. We encourage leaders to use this report to spur an organization-wide conversation and to create a path toward prioritizing what needs to be addressed in order to strengthen your organization.
