Peter Lane is a Senior Program Associate at ICL. On staff since 1998, he currently helps assess organizational needs and manages the planning and delivery of ICL’s custom-designed services.  In addition, he manages ICL’s programming in the Mid-Atlantic and serves as a trainer and consultant. He is on the instructor team for ICL's Leading from Within program and has led hundreds of training sessions throughout North America on organizational change, board development, volunteer management, and leadership development, as well as facilitated planning meetings and retreats.

Peter received a B.A. from Clark University in Massachusetts and Masters in Education from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  He also served in the Congo as a Peace Corps volunteer.
