Energize Your Partnerships and Networks

Collaboration Skills Program (Online)

The complexity of environmental and community issues often means you regularly work with others outside your team or organization.  Whether formal or informal, you may be part of alliances, networks, coalitions, or other partnerships.

Collaborative work answers the question: “What can we do together that we cannot do alone?”

This three-part live training series will equip you with leadership skills and tools to help advance your group’s collaborative work, whether you’re leading or participating in a partnership, coalition, or network.

Do you wish your collaborative work could have a bigger impact? Do you have limited time or resources to make your collaborative work more effective?

Join this live training to develop skills and practical tools for engaging and energizing groups towards more effective collaboration. You will learn from ICL’s expertise facilitating hundreds of collaborations focused on protecting our air, land, water, and communities.

Who is this training for?  What if I’m not the head of my collaborative group?

You can lead from any position, whether as a participant or a formal leader in a group. This live, online training will help you build skills to clarify direction, strengthen relationships, build shared infrastructure, and become comfortable with the complexity of working with a group of people.
