Description

Use this self-assessment tool to determine how well your coalition or cooperative effort currently functions and to identify areas that are important to improve. The tool guides coalition members to rate the organization against 23 benchmarks, or ideal practices, related to 1) Membership; 2) Purpose & Goals; and 3) Governance, Structure, and Process–the three elements of participation in ICL’s Working Together: A Toolkit for Cooperative Efforts, Networks and Coalitions publication.
