This live, online training is for anyone who has to lead or design meetings—and wants to make every one count. You will learn and practice skills that you can use during:Â
- externally facing meetings (for community members, other organizations, etc.)

- a series of meetings, or iterative meetings
- times a group is working through conflicts or decisions
