Join this live, online training to increase your understanding of meeting facilitation and your confidence as a facilitator. What is the focus of each session?

Session 1

Your personal tendencies, strengths, and stance as a facilitator, planning for engaging meetings, creating clear outcomes and expectations.

Facilitators will also focus on participant needs, priorities, and concerns to address throughout.

Session 2

Tips for creating engagement and productivity, specific tools for leading meetings (virtual and in-person), and applying the facilitation skills of listening and summarizing.

Session 3

Group dynamics and facilitation strategies, self-awareness and self-management, practicing facilitation skills

That’s ok! Each session is recorded and sent to participants in a follow-up email so you can view it on your own time. 

Our trainings are designed as a series of interactive sessions. Please come prepared to interact and contribute.

A series of calendar invitations and Zoom links for the training sessions will be shared with you after registering and before the training begins. You will also receive a welcome email to help you get oriented before we begin.
