ICL was proud to facilitate the National Wildlife Federation’s first Women in Conservation Leadership Summit, a gathering which seeks to foster, empower, and develop women leaders within the conservation community.

With over 200 attendees, ICL provided guided facilitation to help build leadership skills and deepen networks and connections among women playing key roles in the federation. According to NWF, “the summit was a resounding success with compelling sessions on women’s empowerment, skills, and approaches for supporting women’s leadership, understanding the barriers and opportunities for building women’s leadership, and individual and group commitments to take action.”
